The age of some of these drug hounds continues to amaze me. People in their 50's and 60's getting busted all the time.

charged with assault second-degree, reckless driving, improper passing and operating a motor vehicle under the influence of a controlled substance.

Yikes, that's a lot for trying to go around a couple cars parked on the side of the road. Not saying he didn't deserve it, but I'm sure the guy didn't see himself going to jail on that day.
