Top managers of FedEx Corp. said Thursday they have no plans for major nationwide changes in the company's reliance on contract drivers for its ground delivery division.

"We're continuing to operate with our independent contractors, so you have to go from that premise," said Dave Rebholz, chief executive of FedEx Ground.

Simply amazing how the PR machine just keeps churning out the BS. A few months from now, that same FedEx executive will be issuing a press release announcing a new arrangement with FedEx Ground "employees". It's all a part of a move to save face and try and keep the stock prices up....pure crap from the best purveyors of fecal material in the business world. Grab your shovel...
