I can't believe drivers still think because they run under, or "in the top 7 drivers in the center" gives them some kind of immunity. They will fire a scratch driver just as fast as a dirtbag, 30 year vet or 2 year driver. Just do it by the book and assume somebody is watching you all day long.

I’ll take it one step further, I guarantee you behind closed doors they respect the hell out of drivers that stand up for themselves and do everything by the book. They have zero respect for runner gunner scaredy cats. Just my opinion. Could be wrong. And they will fire a runner gunner in a second. Tried to tell drivers that all the time when I was in package. You’re not currying any favor by running.

You got the wrong attitude. Filing actually makes life easier. Once you start filing you don’t have a choice but do everything the right way because you know they are out there watching you a lot. Dumbs the whole job down. And who doesn’t want a free $150-$175 a week, until they bury the next guy to stop paying you. It’s a win win.

What I do online is for fun and occasionally for information.

Me personally trying to build solidarity among my local union, brothers and sisters actually makes a lot more work for me, but in the end, it will make my local stronger.

This was the pile of grievances that we’re going through just at the last local. We are not afraid here. If the company wants to violate the contract annd our rights and abuse us, they will get a fight.
We don’t always win, but the company knows they got punched.
