I used to fish on my break years ago but I got tired of people stopping to see if I was ok when I parked on the side of the road. One even called the sheriff when he saw an empty truck on the side of the road. Caught some hellacious bass for a while though.

Wild carp. I used to keep a fishing rod in my truck. I don't fish anymore at lunch.

I used to fish for carp all the time. We fished a spot that, in 1 afternoon, we caught 30 fish. 2 were under 18 lbs, the rest were over, including a 35 pound behemoth.

I used to muskie fish almost exclusively and got so sick of barroom biologists telling me how muskies were ruining 'their' lake, that I quit fishing for them. Switched to cats and carp. Some of the easiest, funnest afternoons of fishing I ever had.

Do not knock it until you have tried it.
