Does ups pay for paternity leave in california?
I think in California once you have a kid you never have to return to work---what ever time you have left with UPS until retirement is all paid time. Some may say they use this time for bonding but we all know its used for drinking beer and complaining about how friend'ed up your wife's body got carrying the kid.

I just used it. You get 8 paid weeks from the state of California. Use the EDD website, actually pretty easy. FMLA will give you a total of 12 weeks off from work keeping your bennies intact, so go ahead and take that last month unpaid if you can afford it.
