Scientists at the University of Grenoble say that among 114 men aged 18 to 44, those who added the most spicy sauce to their plate of mashed potatoes had the highest levels of testosterone.

I first time at my in-laws while they served chili, saw someone put spaghetti in a bowl and covered in with chili, and I didn't get that at all, it was weird. I still don't get it.

It's not too far off from a good Bolognese sauce for the spaghetti......beans are the oddity!

If you make your chili without beans it is almost the same as spaghetti sauce. Just last week I had a jar of spaghetti sauce sitting around and used it instead of tomato sauce to make chili by adding meat, beans, and chili powder.
