Full time senority question?

Any local, have seniority by company time only? or are they all 1 list? Company time works like if you transfer anyplace you feather in, nobody can loose their job or get moved out of a department, can only transfer when there is an opening the feather in where u belong, any local's like this?

Seniority list's are by building or center. If you transfer to another building(which isn't easy)you will still maintain your Teamster seniority but will go to the bottom of the list were you transfer to. I think that might have answered your ?.

Edit: Changing job classifacation in a center or building could also move you to the bottom of the list.

in my area ( central region) if you transfer , you keep your seniorty and your earned vacations , but you go to the bottom of the seniorty list .

Here you keep all seniority as long as u transfer within the same local.

Same here there are three building in my local you can bid or get bumped into any of them if you have the seniority or lack there of...
