Future Speculation

Actually I think it started with the president breaking with tradition and not showing his tax returns they even other republicans said he should. Then it was accentuated with the president's chummy relationship with Putin. Finally, his son almost bragged about Russian funding.

When it finally comes out, you, @newfie, and @Monkey Butt can come back and explain how, "we'll Obama did it!"
There's a long list of things Obama did that gets cover from the Left and the media. There's a very short list to harp on about Trump beyond that he's crass and stunned the Dems by winning. The Dems maybe ought to return to more centrist ideas. Worked for Bill Clinton.

In other words, a witch hunt predicated only on the fact that he broke "tradition", and that he won. That, and your mommy couldn't kiss your bo-bo and make the bad man go away!
Witch hunt? Ok. Politics as usual. Proof? Nobody gives a damn about Benghazi anymore or more likely they never did.

But that's neither here nor there. We have a president that has shown he likes dictators. We have a government that is opposed to that kind of rule with investigative oversight, judicial review, and electoral processes. Note that the same president who likes strongman dictators has been at odds with the democratic process from day one.

So the politics, the process, the press and the public (40% approval) are all in opposition to him. Why? Because THEY are altogether corrupt or because HE is? The intelligence community is completely certain that Russia "meddled in the election" but until last week he couldn't say it? Think about that. The entirety of the US intelligence community and the president couldn't accept their assessment. And the most he can say is that Obama didn't do anything about it? Answer me this: what has President Trump done about it in the six months since he was sworn in?

But he's in the swamp now and he'll either drain it or be eaten alive by it. Seen any evidence that he's draining it? No, me neither.

Oh no. We have one president at a time. He doesn't get a pass. He wants to play in the swamp, he's gonna have to play by the rules. (I know. He thought he could change those)

Democratic process? The man has been eaten alive already by the LIBERAL media and for what? And has had LIBERAL judges interfering in his rightful duty as President to protect this country. Thank God for the Supreme Court. If there was a video out showing Obama beating up a little old lady, and another one out showing Trump standing on a lawn next to a "Stay Off the Grass" sign, which would get slammed the most by the MSM?

Maybe she had it coming and the grass didn't do anything to Trump, did it?

At least with Obamacare, she could go to the doctor.

Please. The left started up the nonsense about all sorts of Trump/Russia links and has been chasing the story to the point of parody. What began as a promise to prove clear and direct ties between Trump and Russia has reached the point to where it's a case of "We're pretty sure that Trump has some sort of something, in some manner, with something related to Russia in some way. He should prove himself innocent."

Trump's biggest problems are that he declared war on the media (except Fox News), can't control what he says, and Twitter. Trump keeps fanning the flames and the media runs with it. He creates the hunt with his mouth and tweets and calls the media Witches for looking into them. If he would keep his mouth shut, work to get legislation passed, and keep his Twitter thoughts like a normal President, the media would not have Witch Hunts.

The reason for investigation between Trump and Russia is that Russia meddled in our election, this is a fact (maybe not in Fox News world, but the rest of the world knows it happened). Even Trump has now criticized how Obama handled it, so Trump must now realize they were involved.

Trump praised Putin during the election, appointed individuals that did not disclose ties/meetings with Russian officials, praised WikiLeaks for disclosing leaked/stolen documents, and asked Russia to find Clinton's emails. No one knows his or his family's business connections with Russia. He fires the FBI director because of how he was handling the Russia investigation. There are a lot of unknowns between Trump's campaign and business and Russia.

There maybe something there with Trump's campaign and Russia and there may not be, but it must be investigated. I personally don't think they colluded, but Trump needs the investigation to get completed quickly and should do everything in his power to expedite it.

And yet the Press would report Trump caught on film breaking the law while Obama assisted elderly woman in getting outstanding Obamacare treatment.

I think that's a fair assessment, but let's keep in mind that no one has found any evidence of Russian meddling affecting voter tallies. Was reading yesterday of some study that came out that said illegal aliens voted in the millions in 2008. If true I suspect most of those were Democrat votes. With the ability to get stolen identity I.D. that's not a stretch.

The difference is there is ACTUAL PROOF of Russian interference. The story of millions of undocumented voting is nothing but FAKE NEWS.

CNN just accepted resignation of three involved in bogus Russian story that had to be retracted. Seems to be fake news everywhere. There's proof of Russians attempting to interfere, now tell me about actual interference. Not saying they didn't, but show me the interference.

So are you saying our intelligence agencies are lying?

Do you honestly believe millions of illegal immigrants voted? The risk/reward is so out of whack to make that laughable. If they're here illegally they aren't showing up to vote. It is such a dumb conspiracy theory. You really have to lack any ability at critical thinking to believe it.

Illegals get I.D. that allows them to work, pay into Social Security, get drivers licenses. Not a stretch for them with passable I.D. to register to vote. When I moved to Kansas I registered by checking a box when I got my driver's license.

Again, what actual interference and did it affect vote tallies? The single biggest deal was hacking the DNC and the jury is out on whether it was the Russians who did it. The DNC refused to turn over their server to the FBI. Of course the hacking showed the DNC was in collusion with both Hillary and the media to insure Hillary got the nomination.

Speaking of Obama, appears he knew of Russian meddling months before election. Why didn't he put a stop to it?
So Trump could call the election "rigged"?

And you know what? They did put the news out there. Just happened to be the same day that we found out that the republican candidate liked to brag about grabbing women in the p*. So guess which story the MSM and every other outlet cased....

All the stories I'm seeing is they didn't do anything to stop it and that was the Washington Post, not FOX News. Maybe Obama was getting payback for what the Clintons said about him in 2008.
