Georgia woman killed in crash involving UPS truck - 11 Alive

A Georgia woman was killed in a crash this morning on I-65 north in Clark County, Indiana.

According to police, she was a passenger in a minivan, that had to slow down to avoid hitting a tree, that had fallen across the interstate.

A UPS tractor trailer was behind the van and couldn't stop in time. The truck rear ended the vehicle and pushed it into the guard rail.

I saw nothing listing what time this happened. Did the passenger vehicle have working brake and tail lights?
Seen read end crashes where the front vehicle's lights weren't working.
