When he gets stuck in the cement its about the funniest thing I've seen.
He..... right Rod, I think even higher of you now. How much did it set the little Lady back to bail you out.

That was gold.

Can't say all, but I will, municipalities, and county government have easements in place for utilities and such. You know this I understand.

The guy loved his turf. I loved his huge nuts.

Maybe that's another reason I'm a jackass (donkey).

It was hard to tell exactly what was going on there.

Funny though.
Pretty clear to me.
Quite likely he was a former union guy that didn't take his dislike out on an employees personal truck and attacked the company truck.

He does get finesse points or whatever point givers call them, for that reason.

That was what confused me. It says "his" lawn. But it isn't.
Actually it is and it isn't. Let some kid or elderly get hurt or damaged on "not his lawn" and watch the litigation fly.

It's an easement, it's not my property is never a good defense.

Just my informed opinion.

It is amazing exactly who and what type of people I will allow to play in my sprinklers and enjoy my lawn.
I think it's an attitude thing, not my attitude, theirs.

Fine turf was ment to be enjoyed, I've never run into a piece of ground I couldn't repair and make better.
So true. Try to kill established turf without chemicals, near impossible.
