How can trump win on election night if all of the ballots have not been counted? Our military leaders have said that they will not support trump if the election is contested. trump does not remain in power.
He wins unofficially if it's a landslide. Not official until the ballots are all counted.

As president, Biden will pursue legislation to regulate possession of existing assault weapons under the National Firearms Act.
