I quit after a week because it was to hard to manage full time school and work. How do I get my last paycheck (first paycheck)?

They tell everyone they interview that you must make a 1 year commitment to work here. I'm guessing they use this tactic to try to force people not to quit. It doesn't work.

They never said that to me when I was hired. Also I didnt have to start paying for union dues until after my 30 days. Not sure if you have to make up for that when you are officially in the union?
