Are DUI Checkpoints Unconstitutional?

Passing a ginormous tax-cut, and then saying, “whoops, look at that deficit, we mos def need to rein in Medicare, etc.”

Scam.

Do you ever notice that a lot of this activity including the shooting of unarmed civilians and other misdeeds seems to disproportionately involve municipal town cops or county cops who are often the least trained least qualified lowest paid megalomaniacs who couldn't get into the state police or higher levels of law enforcement?...... And because they had to accept employment at just about the lowest rung on the ladder with little chance for advancement they have one gigantic hunk of bad attitude .

Cool story ... I wonder if there is any truth in it?
Probably some but it sounds bigoted and probably racist.

I find the vast majority of them decent people who really want to protect and serve. And put their lives on the line doing so. There has always been, and probably always will be, a small percentage of bad apples attracted to the job that eventually do something that allows haters of authority to smear all cops. Must be extremely frustrating and discouraging to all the good ones.
