Sounds like he's a friend of yours, who might lose his ability to be patient. Do your best to coach him before he goes. Like other posters have said be quiet respectful and don't make it personal. You can't prove it was personal. It's not what you know it's what you can prove. Not always a good idea to play Captain Hardazz all the time on this job. You get to the point on this job where its all about staying off the radar and trying to finish the race plain and simple.
