What can I do about a supervisor harassing me? She yells at most of the employees at our PD, demeaning us, just makes me feel like crap when I go into work.

All suggestions are welcomed

Want to really send her a msg. Smile at her every time she screams or demeans you. Show no sign of caring every time. Then at the end of each shift hand your manager a grievance for harassment. Remember you will be off the clock so feel free to just walk away each time you hand it to him. Don't get into a argument or discussion about it.

I’d respectfully submit that it’s more satisfying to file a grievance every time one hears a demeaning-sounding peep from a worthless supervisor and saddle them with the consequences of thinking behavior is worthwhile.
