If you're one of those locals that has to file with the steward I would go to the local and file with the BA.Ever had to deal with a center manager and union stewards delaying the bids on routes by almost a week so someone can return off of work comp and secure a route? Not to mention the bidding sheet had been completed and all routes were filled. Asking for a friend….

Why doesn't the shop steward just call the guy on comp and ask him/her if they want that route?
You got no argument from especially if someone has put their time in and has been doin it for 20+ years and they’re a good person. They shouldn’t get shafted and have to be unassigned.
