Now if we can just add “must possess not one single iota of grammatical competency whatsoever”, our boy here is in like Flynn.

From what little familiarity I have about Ground management from those who work/have worked in it, it's hard to botch the interview. Getting an ops management position there is like getting the selection of the month from the Columbia House record club - just ask for it! And if you don't ask for it, they'll eventually give it to you anyway.
Congratulations Dano: After all this time you finally said something that is actually applicable to the nature of operations at Ground. It is a cobbled together fro engineered operation held together by stacks of addendums welded one on top of the other chasing after markets that is was never designed to go after in the first place. it's like herding cats but X still foolishly tries to maintain the same level of command and control that it has at the all employee Employee staffed Express and that effort is what got it into trouble in the first place and continues to this very day.....But then again given how profitable it is and how desperate X is for those profits Memphis continue to accept it for what it is and unlikely to try to reform it anytime in the near future.
