Hey Jido,

Man that cathedral is one of the most fantastic structures I have ever seen. I went there on a tour in 2004, really loved it. My family came over to the states from Reutlingen in 1856, so it was nice to see the "Old Country". Our tour guide took our bus through the back roads into Munich, winding through many small country towns; it was very scenic.

I live in Tennessee. And yes, I still speak German fairly well and understand it very well. But do not write it at all. Have not had the need.

About 30 years ago we toured europe in a renualt on a tight budget.
One of my best memories was that little road that leads from Frankfurt to Munich.Over 1000 year old walled cities Rothenburg , Dinkelsbuhl and Nordlingen were so amazing to see.I`ll never forget that.
