I know a lot of guys in our building in that situation roll them up as soon as they leave the building and then roll them back down right before they get back.
Hell, I always wore long sleeves year-round to avoid the one-sided tan and to minimize such long daily sun exposure. I kept the cuffs unbuttoned to promote airflow. Mind over heat. Drink up, and enjoy it.
Everyone knows the Company policy going into the job , so stop complaining after you got it and are forced to cover up your sleeved tatted arms ,, the policy isn’t outdated , it’s their company and their policy , either comply, or load up more tats and go back inside for the 14.00 an hr , comes a time in your life when you need to grow up !
It always stuns me how some people manage to still be fat while working here. I lost about 20 pounds just a few months after starting preload and it never came back.
