Its pretty hard to get fired. Especially at peak. They send people home all the time as someone else said, just go in do your best.

bend at the knees and u don't need to do a full squat to pick up a package. use ur equipment for things u can't get to. ups isn't complicated.

As with any position at ups they will find a reason if they want to get rid of you. And if u haven't achieved seniority you won't be working after the holidays. At least until they need a body
