How is over under timed?

Sucks seeing drivers who are under 2 years Limping around and wearing knee and wrist braces on…I’m not going to kill myself and get so jacked up that I can’t even walk right…this job CAN be done safety but you have to be in the mindset of fk the constant production aspect of it.
