...to enter the Union after the first day working for UPS? Thanks.
He didnt say how many tiny holes you poked in your blow up doll...........aka prom date.lol
No, his prom date was his goat! The blow up doll is his "mail order bride" lol She did arrive in a box, and her tag says made in china....lol
Every local is different. What local are you in?
Show some respect. She has a name.
Did you even ask her??..NO. didnt think so.....................pig......................lmao
30 days. But you have some freeze periods. The best thing to do is ask the steward in the center you are working in.
Go ahead and fill out form the first day. Union will put you in as soon as it is possible. This way, if there is any BS on the way to your seniority they know your intent. Ive gotten my local to go to bat fir a few people without them making book. Won 2 and lost 1.
Like he knows his local number? A better question would be: what state and city you work in?
Ahhh, I'm about to start doing that, my shop steward is so inept.
Typically, 30 working days (not to include classroom/orientation time) in 90 calendar days. Seniority date then becomes the first day on the job.
30 days total from your first day of classroom training here. As you can see it varies greatly depending on location.
It depends on your local....some are 30 days, some are 40.
