I'd try Googling for "(insert city here) UPS hub". Might get you a phone number.

You could post the hub on here...Maybe a feeder driver can tell you if it's open.

UPS doesn't give out those numbers because they'd be inundated with people looking for packages or worse.

Just for fun I tried an internet search for my hub's phone number.

I typed "UPS, (my city, my state) phone number". I got the address and the number to customer counter (who can probably transfer you).

Goggle is your friend.

I used to do that all the time too. Just don't give them your center manager's home phone number---believe me they don't like that.

One way to find out if the Hub is closed, is to drive out there.
If the parking lot is empty just prior to your start time, it would be reasonable to conclude the Hub is closed.
