You don’t think the area is overcrowded enough and traffic horrible? Or it doesn’t phase you since you’re probably 15 minutes from work?
It would mean more jobs at our buildings, always nice to have more choices at bid time. And yeah I'm only a few minutes from work anyway

I have a 32 mile commute, takes 35 minutes in the AM, 40 PM. All highway except the first and last miles.

Well, I usually figure the further away you are from this place the better your living environment. I would much rather live out in the sticks if it wasn't for the nightmare commute. The Bridge ain't that bad...

I think one of the "must haves" to be qualified was the city must have a street naming system that makes sense. The leaves St Paul out.
