Update!
So I have completed the driver test, dot test and have my dot card.. next I am going for two days to do driver training! They say most likely wont start working until December... unless I want to be a driver helper? Everything is still a bit confusing, but I'm just going with the flow

This company usually 'banks' package drivers in an attempt to deliver parcels at lower expense through its 'peak' season.
