As much as some might desire to make this a union caused by-product, I suspect greed in the Board Room to be just as culpable, if not more so.

Our first Windows OS3 based machine was a Packard Bell which I believe processed at a blazing 66Mhz with maybe 256k memory. It was bundled with someone's Encylopedia and we were sure that marked the begining to the end of books. Guess if that's the case it's happening a little slower than I first thought it would.
