Real important if you're changing plans. At one point I was seriously considering moving a little further south. Compared retirement plans and said "Nah, think I'll stay where I'm at".

Same pension plan. Different wage, medical, options/sick hours.

interesting. so you keep your classification and pay right? its more about rights to bid on routes essentially? what if the hub ur moving to has all routes claimed? or did you verify a spot prior to moving?
