Every large scale seller or distributor I dealt with was white.
Redlining prevented blacks from owning homes in better neighborhoods. Their collective education continues to suffer because of that. Either you believe there is a history of discrimination that continues today or believe blacks are inherently inferior incapable of success on their own merits.

How long do you think the playing field has been leveled? Blacks are incarcerated for drug crimes 6 to 1 compared to whites while drug usage rates are equal. Do you believe that might have an effect on their culture? Do you think that is fair to the point of giving them an advantage?
If I had to guess why blacks are incarcerated for drugs at a 6:1 ratio I would say it’s because they mostly sell their drugs out in the open on a corner. When’s the last time you saw a white person selling drugs on a corner? Not saying they don’t, but it’s nowhere near as common.

The reason there are many minority drug dealers in jail is because they (the enterprises, usually gangs) are monitored and infiltrated , by narcs and addicts, especially. And 20-30 all go down together, rather than one person you see on a corner. That one person is arrested and does not talk, does little to help anything,

I've worked in large metro areas around the country and have seen black families in mostly white neighborhoods everywhere. I've no doubt redlining has happened but it's illegal and stopping it is part of the striving to have a level and fair playing field. Your either/or scenario reveals what you think of whites in general. Truth is when you make everything about race you are the racist.

So you think the entire disparity in outcomes between white and black people is the fault of black people and their choice to underperform?

I’d say it’s because they keep thorough documentation on every crime they’ve ever committed on their mixtapes.

Of course not. I'm saying, as you well know, that one can stay in place with a certain mindset, or one can choose to pursue avenues available to them to improve their situation.

Whites do it in their house ... Blacks use out on the street!

All fair points, gents. For me it's the cringeworthy statement at the cookout when you meet a dime store liberal who can't stop talking about "good school systems." We know what you mean.

I can only speak on the Northeast. The affluent neighborhoods that are 97% + Caucasian with a small but dominant Asian quota as well. "It's a great school system where everyone goes on to go to great universities."
I was speaking of 'as a whole' but I agree and in rural areas as well.
I have a house in NC with a population of less than 10,000 people in the county and it was rated the #1 school system in NC.
It is 99+ Caucasian to bear out your point.
There are very few public schools in the inner cities of America that are even average.

Its hard to get the best teachers in schools where the kids don't want to learn.

Good point. That's why the salaries are higher in some troubled districts to lure talent over. Like saying: "We gave you 11k more a year to deal with these misfits, you can't complain."

aaron carter, bro of BSB nick carter, wants to move to canada even though he has mental problems and threatened to murder family members.

he will probably get in because he is rich and famous.

theres a double standard for rich and famous people at the border, and everyone else. if you want to fix something, fix that.

Socialism will never succeed if you exclude the infirm. Who would be next?

"I want to pass through Mexico, I don't want to live here," said Amado Ramirez, a migrant from Honduras who said he had been living on the streets of Tapachula with his young children and wife, hoping for a transit visa from Mexican officials. "We're at a standstill."

Lol.
That's not how international sanctuary law works. These a*holes are a disgrace. People legitimately need help and these d-bags think they can shop for a country.

Do I have you confused with someone else or have you made a total turn around in your thinking?
