I do think that the Left has overplayed their hand.
When they scream for " due process " for deported illegals.
Don't they understand that due process applies to criminal law cases ?
Immigration is civil law.
So I have to believe that in reality the Left is in fact claiming that every illegal has committed a criminal offense.

Immigration is civil law but illegally crossing the border is a criminal act. Could make the case that the Biden administration aided and abetted criminality on an unprecedented scale.
