Immigration is civil law but illegally crossing the border is a criminal act. Could make the case that the Biden administration aided and abetted criminality on an unprecedented scale.

I believe your contention is mistaken. Due Process is also applied in civil law.

That said, I don’t believe personally that illegal invaders are entitled to due process.

Established law probably disagrees with that. This is the hill Democrats will choose to die on.
