Sounds like he was probably arrested for a real deal crime. You might want more crime in our country because you think it might start a revolution. But we don't. Especially if the criminal isn't a citizen.

Agreed , if it was a simple issue of mistaken immigration detainer then the band would not cancel the whole tour . they would wait and cancel dates as needed.
thats what i said its a crime and then i pointed out how ICE lies by omission saying they always arrest criminals. i guarantee you theyre giving a pass and special consideration to white collar criminals
i want ICE to stop lying and i want them to do a better job arresting white collar criminals.
You think ICE isn't going after non-citizen white collar criminals enough?
i guarantee you the non US white collar criminals are being treated with preferential treatment by law enforcement the same way US citizen white collar criminals are treated.

Have any examples of non-citizen white collar criminals being given preferential treatment over regular non-citizen criminals if you can guarantee it?

ice does not investigate white collar crimes. its like arguing that md state troopers dont investigate all crime because they dont investigate crimes in montana.
