Initiation varies with each Local. I have heard from $5 in some Right to work(for less) States up to $800 in others. Dues also vary from Local to Local. It depends on your Local structure. Anywhere from 2 to 3 times is usual. There are other formulas as well. I have heard 2 1/2 times with additional $4.

$100 for PTers and $250 for FTers would be more appropriate IMO.

Sounds about right. Mine was around $125, but I think they took it out of every second or third week.
