I remember earlier in the year "the flavor of the month" was that preload will not load damages in the cars. If we found one on the road, we were told to text the center on its condition and to bring back to the center UNSCANNED and would be processed so it wouldnt be on the damage report.
That lasted 3 days
All anyone cares about is what is on the reports in the AM. Thats it. It's a number driven business, and they would rather hide information than tell the truth.
