Thought this was a very interesting decision. What the story doesnt go in depth on is: the woman was charged with a DUI. She admits to being drunk. This case was her defense. She is now free from punishment.

That's interesting - not much common sense but that's never been a requisite of our legal system.
Wonder what the impact will be? Perhaps they can still patrol but the local government will actually be the entity to perform the tests and make the arrest.
