Medic or Infantry it doesn't matter. He still served.
his posts you responded to illustrates his ignorance of the military and jealousy of those who had the conviction to serve.

So do the people at McDonald's.Medic or Infantry it doesn't matter. He still served.
Yes I know. Soldiers fight for ignorant and "lulz" and the "creatives" of the world as well. Too damn bad he doesn't get it.his posts you responded to illustrates his ignorance of the military.
OK ... I agree. Not quite the same as firing a nuke.
Seems to be an easy target. But so was Afghanistan.
I agree he still served, and that is worthy of respect.Medic or Infantry it doesn't matter. He still served.

Harsh truths, they served daily not knowing when their time may come. Still had more balls then me and most people on this board. You don't go into the military crossing your fingers. You have a WILL to serve the Country, knowing full damn well you can go at any minute.I agree he still served, and that is worthy of respect.
But c'mon.
Like he said, the guy's not a decorated combat medic who saved lives and screamed "not on my watch, you sonofabitch"! While he starts chest compressions, after plugging a gunshot wound with his finger til somebody dug out the guaze. Whew! Whew! Two breaths.
Peace time medics need to recognize their place on the worthy of mentioning your service scale...they're near the bottom of the list, in the not ever unless you're practically forced to section, just above military lawyers, and right below MPs.
Harsh truths.
He didn't fight.Yes I know. Soldiers fight for ignorant and "lulz" and the "creatives" of the world as well. Too damn bad he doesn't get it.
I keep up just fine. Did you serve? Neither did I but I have respect for those who did. You have watched too many movies and live in a fantasy land.He didn't fight.
Ttku buddy.
What the hell are you rambling about?I keep up just fine. Did you serve? Neither did I but I have respect for those who did. You have watched too many movies and live in a fantasy land.
I've seen Under Siege. Even the cooks are badassWhat the hell are you rambling about?
The guy was an army medic in peace time telling you about his Navy commander's plans to invade Iran. You're living in a fantasy land with him if you buy into his B.S.
He got a paycheck my guy.I've seen Under Siege. Even the cooks are badass. Seriously though bro, he felt the need to serve. You don't think he had any insight? He had more than you or I. Medic. Cook. Infantry. It don't matter man. He CHOSE to serve OUR Country. And he did! Not his fault he didn't see any "action". Maybe he did? I don't know but I don't care.
Then join the military and don't overthink it if you think it's so easy. I will pass. The military eats people like you for lunch. And me. I wanted no part of it.He got a paycheck my guy.
It's a job, don't overthink it.
I never said it's easy buddy. Then join the military and don't overthink it if you think it's so easy. I will pass.
You don't know anything about me.The military eats people like you for lunch. And me. I wanted no part of it.
