From my view, the company is on a backslide that won't get better.

In my opinion this companies demise is in promoting weak minded hourly to front line OPS managers who manage with SFA in mind rather than running the business . Allowing 25 year employees to dictate and milk the system ,and allowing others to get away with murder has destroyed the entire operation.
