Is the "boss" a know it all?

I think the higher up you go in the UPS food chain, the more oxygen is cut off from thier brain from thier tie being to tight.

Those that can't do, instruct.
Those that can't instruct, supervise.
We've all heard the cream rises to the top and then spoils.
In order to adapt and survive, many will exude a demeanor of superiority and omnipotence.

No I'm pretty sure our bosses don't know it all, and they
readily admit it. They haven't really figured out how to fix this
problem, but they have a team in IE working on it.
And when IE comes back with an answer, some how it
will be all the hourly's fault.

Wow, your mgm't admits they don't know everything? Ours insists they do and when you prove them wrong they just say you misunderstood them. Kinda like how they all were the best hourlies in the company before they got 'promoted'.

Our management team isn't much of a team at all, they just blame each other for any problem that arises. So individually they are know-it-alls but as a group they are pretty dumb according to how they rate each other.
