When up to 30% of Full Time Union Employees get laid off I guarantee inside employees aren't immune.
You don't understand how bad UPS is going to slash costs after peak.
There is a nationwide Do not order copy paper policy right now.
When your Center Manager can't spend money on copy paper you know things are bad.
Not seeing any of this at all. Where are you getting this? we're topping last peaks numbers already in total volume. I know it's just our building and not the whole country but, Amazon has a huge presence here and still...

Everybody ought to take a deep breath and a chill pill.
UPS is not going out of business.
Corporate is panicking and throwing a hissy fit because we overstaffed this peak.
In a couple of weeks it will all be forgotten.
Its going to be OK.

(1 January 2020)..Everybody in Dodge eligible for retirement will be leaving this place. Massive job openings with the feeder departments, tired and worn out package drivers will take the leap into feeders.. 22.4's will more than likely be implemented then...

Last year I was bragging about the 2017 stock market..It started crashing right after the new year..Maybe it will be the opposite this coming 2019. For our non-union employees this gives the green light for more enhanced "Transformations" especially with the district and corporate levels.

It would be interesting to see how UPS did with their pension trusts in 2018..People were bragging about their 14 percent interest growth in 2017..

Yes, Jan 2020 will be interesting, seems like everyone with over 25 years at my little podunk center are thinking about it.

Why do you say this? What's up with 2020 that everyone will be retiring?

$96/share right now.

What's your crystal ball saying now?
Bear market. More corrections are coming. I will be optimistic and say the swings are cyclical and do not necissarily spell a recession. We will probably see it go up and down a range of $40 the next few months.

But yea. SPC is definely returning lol. Always count on every day being worse than the last.

So you want to live in a Socialist Utopia and pay greater than 50% income tax?

The Democrats want to enslave the American people via Entitlement Programs.
They want total control over your life with the Government providing everything for you.
No incentive for hard work.
Democrats do this...wah wah wah. Republicans do this...wah wah wah. What’s your point dude? What are you doing that’s making such a difference?
