If you are displeased with any part of operations(or FDX) don't take it.

It may be the only voice we have.(since they don't actually act on any of the questions that matter to the frontline employees)

Imagine your manager and many more explaining why they had a 0% participation in SFA...

I think I'm gonna do that this year. I like my Mgr. and Sr. but, I'm sick of the fact that nothing changes on the corp. level.

The changes you may be hoping for would never happen, especially if FedEx is sold to a group of private investors.

That isn't going to happen. As long as Smith & Friends keep the stock pumped-up, they're a success. Those of us inside FedEx see the dysfunction, mismanagement, and waste first-hand, something investors never see behind the curtain.
