youre just enabling them.

their nukes are illegal.
Nations have sovereignty

There’s no such thing as illegal. It’s made up BS.

It’s also within other countries rights to try to stop another country if they choose. Every action has a reaction.

Every rule is made to be violated

Every treaty is made to be broken

Who’s gonna punish them?

no the bombing of iraq, ukraine and iran is all illegal.

nations are sovereign which is why iran wanted to enrich a little uranium at least for its nuclear energy program

trump changed his mind and sided with the war hawks who said no enrichment.

america could punish them. its the most powerful country in the world.

Again, you’re assuming that there is a legal authority. If nations have sovereignty, they will decide on their own and it is up to other nations to decide to punish them if they can. Sometimes they can’t.

It’s really more appropriate to say you feel those bombings are immoral.

And you saying Iran wants to do it for energy has been proven wrong but yet you’re saying it anyway which proves that you’re really kind of biased here. All the international agencies are saying they’re enriching it for weapons which according to you hate but you’re OK with Iran doing it?

So following your logic, you feel other countries have the right to enforce their law on sovereign countries. It seems Israel should have a right to bomb Iran if they’re lying?

It’s one thing to disagree with Israel it’s another to pretend Iran is a good guy. Supporting Iran, cheapens your stance on nuclear proliferation.

  • Significant Uranium Stockpile: The International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) reports that Iran has amassed a substantial quantity of uranium enriched to 60% purity. This level is well above what is needed for civilian purposes and is considered close to weapons-grade (90% purity).
  • Sufficient for Multiple Bombs: According to the IAEA, Iran's stock of 60% enriched uranium is enough to produce up to nine nuclear weapons if enriched further to 90%. One IAEA yardstick indicates that approximately 42 kilograms of 60% enriched uranium are theoretically enough to produce one atomic bomb.
  • Rapid Enrichment Capabilities: Iran has significantly improved its uranium enrichment capacity, employing advanced centrifuges like the IR-6. This allows them to enrich uranium more quickly, potentially producing enough weapons-grade material for a bomb in a short timeframe.
  • Reduced "Breakout Time": The U.S. has assessed Iran's "breakout time" (the time needed to produce enough fissile material for a nuclear weapon) to be as short as one or two weeks.
  • IAEA Concerns: The IAEA has expressed serious concern about Iran's continued production and accumulation of highly enriched uranium, especially as it is the only non-nuclear weapon state doing so. They have also reported non-cooperation from Iran regarding their nuclear activities.
  • Potential for Weaponization: While Iran insists its nuclear program is for peaceful purposes, the IAEA and others have found increasing evidence suggesting a potential military dimension. Iran's activities "better position it to produce" nuclear weapons if it chooses to do so.
If you believe Israel has done illegal things, and you’re being told, Iran is also doing illegal things you were still picking evil.

the bombings were illegal in all 3 cases. i think it was all called pre emptive war.

i heard IEAE is corrupt

someone else said iran was complying obamas agreement which trump ripped up

this conflict based on what i heard with either end in us defeat like iraq or afghanistan, or maybe a nuke being used. this is like the iraq war all over again. its based on lies. has greenwald said iran has nukes? and for god sakes israel who is run by lunatics has nukes. american politics is less crazy but not doing good either and america has nukes. israel built its IDF supreme command under civilian buildings in 2021 and they were insane at that point.

when i said america could enforce international law, im sure thats not how it works, but considering america has so much power it could do it

trump said he was going to end the war in gaza and not start a war with iran in his 2024 campaign. he lied.

It’s not America’s job to enforce international law!

And now you’re blaming Trump for starting a war with Iran, that you say you want him to enforce? I’m sorry your stance here is nonsensical
A little tip here Trump didn’t start it and he’s also refusing to help Israel currently
And then you say the governing authority that would create the law that you save people should follow is corrupt? You really need to rethink this stance. Very disappointing.

iran is not a good country but on the other hand they dont want to be israel's and america's lapdogs. i dont like the iranian govt. but to be fair they did not attack first, once again. it was israel just like in 2024. and this time its not theatric.

i dont think greenwald said its in americas interests to go to war with iran either.

Again, you said you wanted someone to attack Iran if they’re doing something illegal. This argument makes no sense.

i know its not america job to enforce international law, but you could do it and even follow it

trump did not have to support israel. the israelis were totally dependent on america for war. it is mystifying how a little country like israel can have such control over the US.

Lol Trump already said no to Israel if it was a trick, it was a trick on Israel apparently.
  • Axios says the Trump administration is so far rejecting the Israeli request
No one phone call and it’s not over. Trump learned that with Ukraine and Russia pretty quick even though he’s the only one who made any attempt to try and end it. You say your anti-war and I am and I will give him credit for that. Everyone else wants war.

leading up to israel's attack, they lied to the media about what was said on phone calls.

nuclear weapons free zones, treaties, diplomacy and de-escalation, international legal frameworks

war is the last resort and of dubious legality.
Everyone in the world, except you apparently understands that Iran is definitely enriching uranium to make weapon. The only argument is should they be allowed to?

This is the last resort as far as the people who don’t feel they should be allowed to.
