Issues with UPS

Do you need an air compressor or tire gauge
Hmm, so a split shift is an option for them to put you on? 4am-8am then 4pm-8pm? A very motivated new Steward found that it should be a straight 8. So, they were in violation of the contract by making us do split shifts. That was just their attempt to make us quit. You sound like a supervisor, siding on the wrong way to do things.
The split shift should of been the first grievance filed

Um, isn't that what I just said? I didn't think I had to spell out the whole job description for you. My understanding is 22.3s can perform air work as part of their combo but not ground.
No what you said is they can only do air work, words have meaning

Your right there are a few jobs split between air and inside work. There just isn’t any 22.3 that deliver ground here. Unless there told to do so.
At my building air drivers, both 22.3 and PT, are used as cover drivers when needed. Even to the point that air drivers have to use 8 hour request.

I do believe this motivated Steward is wrong.

As previously mentioned by @eats packages , most places you can file on split shifts that have a gap longer than 1.5hrs

In most places, you can't file on it.

What article of the contract is being violated?
