I really don’t understand this reply.
As far as I am concerned, IMO you have provided no evidence of any conduct by President to support your belief that he is refusing to faithfully execute the law.

It's the Federal government's job specifically in the Constitution to maintain the borders and defend states from invasion. It's well established Federal law how immigration is to be conducted. We let in about a million people a year legally who've gone through a vetting process. We have no way of knowing who is coming through our southern border although some who were detained turned out to be on terrorist watch lists. And thousands of criminals have come through too and committed hundreds of thousands of crimes annually including murder and rape. The Democrats were all outraged at DeSantis for sending illegals to Martha's Vineyard but the Biden administration has been flying and bussing them all over the country. We're halfway through his term and already it's estimated between 3 and 5 million have come in. Nobody knows for sure. At the same time Biden and others have slammed our Border Patrol as racist and there were attempts to defund ICE. Chuck Schumer all but admitted about a month ago why this was happening. He said that they were going to be put on a path to citizenship. That would tilt the balance of power in elections clearly to Democrats as these folks are beholden to Democrats for letting them in and supporting them. We are $31 Trillion in debt and they are throwing billions at making this happen while claiming under Trump we didn't have the money to build a border wall.

You seem to be very well informed. Would you be so kind to point me in the direction of the above 2 documents, the part of the Constitution and the Fed immigration laws that you cited?
I would like to review them myself before further commenting on your reply.
