Apparently not. Can anyone link me to a video on the YouTubes with a general timestamp?
Was shown by Tucker Carlson as an example of being mislead by the J6 committee and why they so vehemently opposed McCarthy giving Tucker full access to the security footage.

Yep, he and others swept in on a tide of emotion. But you don't see him personally destroying anything or attacking anyone. When you look at the opposite angle of him entering, plus other videos of him wandering around while escorted by Capitol Police, you realize why prosecutors and the J6 Commission excluded those videos from evidence and refused to release them. Once again a lack of transparency that only became transparent after power exchanged hands from liberal to conservative.
Breaking into the Capitol and trespassing as he did was highly illegal and he pled guilty to the charge of Felony Obtstruction . The fact that he didnt destroy anything or attack anyone once he was already comitting felony criminal acts certainly doesnt win him any Brownie Points

Did his defense attorneys see any of the potentially exculpatory video in which it doesn't look like he's trying to destroy anything? Maybe he wouldn't have received a multi-year prison sentence if they had?

The charge he pled guilty to was a Felony Count of Obstruction. I'm no Legal Expert but the definition of this crime is : Corruptly obstructing, influencing, or impeding an official proceeding .

This idea that he should have gotten some sort of leniency due to his not attacking or destroying anything is absurd, and has zero bearing on the charge he pled guilty to . Had he commited acts of violence and destruction so i'm certain he'd have faced more charges.

Why'd he receive more prison time than any of the other January 6 defendants?

Sorry, but I don’t care anymore.
