IMO the only eligible jurors who should be automatically excluded are the self employed and medical professionals.
Agree. But no reason why it cannot be postponed until the next round.
You are worrying over nothing; in fact, if you are chosen to serve, it could be a welcome break for you, allowing you to mentally reset before coming back to finish your qualification.
Make sure to turn a copy of the letter in to your supervisor on Monday. You will then most likely be asked to call the night before your first scheduled day to serve to see if you need to show up or not. Chances are that the case that you may be asked to serve on will be settled out of court and your services will not be required.
DO NOT try to get out of serving.
just tell the member to do what you doI wouldn't postpone for a near future date, because who knows how long it will take to get your needed days in, go as far out as possible.
I hope you are having a great day.just tell the member to do what you do
never take a lunch and work for free
then the boss lets you do as you please
always brotherI hope you are having a great day.
And, contrary to popular belief, UPS did not go out of business because you had to serve Jury Duty!I was on Jury duty for 6 days during peak one year. My boss went nuts.
Thanks for the advice, but get to work much later, not getting up any earlier.always brother
make sure you get in work by 730 tomorrow
you have to get on that truck and sort for free for an hour
good night brother i love u
Go back and re-read. He said his jury duty was IN 2 weeks. Not FOR 2 weeks.
I'm sure missing days
Here. We can call and get a 6 month postponement. I actually had the same situation as the op.
I have to call Sunday night for next week. Be nice to go again. Just wish it was grand jury
@mitch greg loves going. Most people want no part of jury duty and will come up with any reason to get out of it. UPS employees are always happy to serve!
