Just figured I would get nuzzled in with everyone else here even though I've posted before this thread, haha. I was hired on the 7th of this month after months of waiting before I emailed them and got looked into immediately after. I applied and got on as unloading/loading and as much as I hate to say it, I got the short end of the stick with loading even though day by day, I'm beginning to get a liking to it and being optimistic about the benefits outweighing the negatives helps all the much more with this transition. I'm sure I will be around here lots as I'm still a newbie, and could use some help from time to time. Well that's it for now, if you have any questions let me know, thanks for reading
