Just got scheduled air driver bid

I just got a part-time scheduled air driver bid and I worked exception air 215 days before I got the bid. According to article 40 I should have got 1 month of progression for every 4 days worked for the 2 years prior the bid award. That equates to 53.75 months of progression. Should I be top rate of $28.64 and not $16.00 where I am at now?

Yes I would have to say that's correct. You should be at top rate. I'd inform your sup and a steward.
