I still haven't seen anything formal about it, but the Ground guy in my area is already delivering a couple of Express pieces each day now. So far it's all local region 2-day packages (like Arizona, Utah, Colorado for me).

I spent a four day weekend in Arizona just before this pandemic hit and it was one of the most amazing experiences of my life. Enjoy that clean western air.

I agree but I wasn't talking about the weather. I was talking about how much smog is in the air at times in the valley. Enough to make your eyes burn.

Tuscon isn't as bad. And a bit cooler in the summer.
