They have had it in BE, NE and Italy (I think those are the countries) for a while and the info systems there were in place for awhile.
It seems to work fine but it's always problematic when you first introduce a system in a country.
Good luck with it.
For US people, it's like My Choice except on steroids.

Kiala isn't in Italy. They are in the UK though.
