Yes. Actually, he reminds me of several managers I have had, one of whom got into a brawl with a RTD. He lost (badly), and both were fired.

The was asking for it. That dude tried to just forget about like 3 times. The manager was too big headed because he didn't want to lose face in front of the other employees in the break room. Just kept having to say es. That's it, end of story. When companies encourage this type of management to keep control, e happens.
