Los Angeles is teaming up with UPS to become the first city in the U.S. to offer delivery of coronavirus test kits, Mayor Eric Garcetti announced Friday.

UPS will pay for, deliver and pick up thousands of tests a day starting next week, Garcetti said.

"I want to thank you UPS, for standing up and delivering," he said during a news conference.

You want to go to sick people's houses and pick up tests that untrained sick people boxed up?

Great. Thanks UPS for volunteering us!

How about managers personally deliver, pick up and handle these in the hubs....

I will volunteer them for it. Why is this any more outrageous then them volunteering us?

Where is the Union?

Im not picking them up. My elderly mother lives at my house, and has nowhere to go. This job ain’t worth it. What if we all refuse to pick them up?

Dropping off kits is one thing, but picking up boxes from possibly infected cases require training and ppe in handling infectious diseases. I don't know what our company is thinking.
